Lots of rocks to navigate until the property just opens up offering several house building sites on a south/southeastern slope. A couple beautiful hemlock trees as well as oaks, maples present. Minimal undergrowth on the property. Some lovely stonewall borders. We picked up a trail on the north and eastern border. Using the path we crossed a stream and walked through the abutting 2.5± acre parcel, also for sale, back to Willis Rd. The property has some wetlands that have been flagged.
